Essential Diver

The Essentials of Diving program is a newer "level" of diving, but one that we have been training for years without the certification. This program was written by the owners of ProTec, and approved by certification agencies.

The purpose of the EOD Program is to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems, and hazards of advanced forms of diving. This is the essential training level for divers who desire more comfort, confidence, and competenance in and out of the water. This course can be accomplished in both single and double tanks depending on the needs and wishes of the students and their team diving realities.
